Vegetable Broth
As a mom-on-the-go who prefers bold flavor, I love a simple flavor-booster like vegetable broth that can add depth to many meals.
Of course, vegetable broth is a great base for soup (see my viral Vegetarian Pastina soup), but you’ll also often see me use it in place of water to bring depth of flavor to many dishes (like in this Savory Quinoa Breakfast Bowl).
You can easily make your own vegetable broth at home from veggie scraps, or find it at your local grocery store. I always have vegetable broth on hand as it’s used in many of my recipes.
