So we’ve been self-isolating for a couple of weeks now, and we have at least another month to go. In such a busy, noisy, chaotic world, we all tend to move so fast. We sometimes forget to slow down and experience things.
We procrastinate, we make plans and cancel them, we take our loved ones for granted because, well, we will do that tomorrow, or see them next time, or thank them later.
But now we have NOTHING BUT TIME. Time to really be introspective and creative and celebrate ourselves. Time to learn and grow as a family. Time to appreciate all the quirky things that make our houses homes.
I’m starting this blog because I realized that I have so much to share, and you do too. So, I challenge you to join me in using this time to really learn about yourself, to appreciate your HEALTH, and to recognize all the things that make you, you.
In such an uncertain time, it’s important that we stay connected—even if we have to be 6 feet apart. So, in an effort to do so, I will share with you my journey of self-exploration and my love of food and family.
Good company in a journey makes the way seem shorter.
