THE GREEN IRISH
Try buying raw, locally sourced honey. Generally, smaller-scale honeybee operations harvest honey in the fall, when the bees produce it in excess. They often have higher quality control standards and keep the bees safe from pesticides.
In a mixing glass, add vodka and matcha and whip thoroughly until smooth. If you are adding honey, add it now.
In your cocktail glass with ice, pour in matcha and vodka mixture and add the vanilla liqueur.
Pour regular or coconut cream on top. Mix and enjoy! Cheers!
