This Coconut Daiquiri merges the subtly sweet and tropical flavor of coconut with tangy and fresh citrus for a super refreshing sip.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces coconut rum
  • 1 ounce coconut water
  • 1 ounce grapefruit juice
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 3 ounces club soda
  • 1 slice grapefruit for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a highball glass with ice and pour in your coconut rum and coconut water.
    3 ounces coconut rum, 1 ounce coconut water
  • Next, squeeze 1 ounce of grapefruit juice and 1 ounce of lime juice on top.

  • Finish with club soda, stir gently, and garnish with a slice of grapefruit. Cheers!
    3 ounces club soda, 1 slice grapefruit for garnish

Notes

  • 1 ounce = 2 tablespoons
  • This cocktail is best with coconut rum,  but white rum works in a pinch!
  • I highly recommend using fresh-squeezed lime and grapefruit juice.
  • If you want to use a cocktail shaker, just leave out the club soda—or add it on top. It's best not to shake carbonated drinks up!
