In a cocktail mixing glass or shaker, add ice, Chocolate Liqueur, Baileys, and Peppermint Schnapps and mix well.
½ cup ice, 3 ounces chocolate liqueur, 2 ounces Baileys Espresso Creme, 1 ounce Peppermint Schnapps
Crush 1 candy cane and use your finger to wet the rim of your glass with chocolate syrup. Dip the rim of the glass into the crushed candy cane, and add a little more chocolate syrup to the inside of the glass (optional).
2 mini candy canes, 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup
Strain your cocktail into the garnished martini glass, hook your second candy cane to the rim of the edge, allowing it to soak in the cocktail, and serve cold.
Notes
The candy cane garnish will dissolve into your martini and give it an extra kick of peppermint. If you are opting not to add the candy cane, add an extra 1/2 ounce of Peppermint Schnapps.
To keep your drink chilled longer, consider putting your glass in the freezer 30 minutes prior to making this cocktail.
