Ingredients

  • ½ cup ice
  • 3 ounces chocolate liqueur
  • 2 ounces Baileys Espresso Creme
  • 1 ounce Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup optional
  • 2 mini candy canes optional

Instructions

  • In a cocktail mixing glass or shaker, add ice, Chocolate Liqueur, Baileys, and Peppermint Schnapps and mix well.
½ cup ice, 3 ounces chocolate liqueur, 2 ounces Baileys Espresso Creme, 1 ounce Peppermint Schnapps
  • Crush 1 candy cane and use your finger to wet the rim of your glass with chocolate syrup. Dip the rim of the glass into the crushed candy cane, and add a little more chocolate syrup to the inside of the glass (optional).
2 mini candy canes, 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup
  • Strain your cocktail into the garnished martini glass, hook your second candy cane to the rim of the edge, allowing it to soak in the cocktail, and serve cold.

Notes

  • The candy cane garnish will dissolve into your martini and give it an extra kick of peppermint. If you are opting not to add the candy cane, add an extra 1/2 ounce of Peppermint Schnapps.
  • To keep your drink chilled longer, consider putting your glass in the freezer 30 minutes prior to making this cocktail.
