In a large pot, bring 10 cups of water to a boil. Prep your ingredients by mincing the garlic and dicing the scallions.

Cook the ramen noodles in the boiling water according to the instructions on the packaging. Strain and add the noodles to the pan with the sauce and toss to coat.
