INGREDIENTS

Preheat an oven to 425°F. Prepare asparagus by rinsing or soaking them in water to clean them and snapping off the "woody ends".

Place asparagus on a baking sheet. Add the olive oil, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat. Then, spread the vegetables out in a single layer.
