This Iced White Chocolate Mocha gives you all the delicious and refreshing Starbucks flavor without any specialty syrups or even needing to leave the house!

Add white chocolate chips and milk to a saucepan or small pot and continuously stir until chocolate chips are completely melted and integrated into the milk. Pour white chocolate milk into a heat-safe glass jar.
¼ cup white chocolate chips, ¾ cup milk
Once the espresso and white chocolate milk reach room temperature, place them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to cool.
Add ice to a glass that holds at least 8 ounces. Pour espresso and white chocolate milk over ice. If adding sugar or simple syrup, add that now too.
1 to 2 tablespoons sugar or simple syrup
Stir well and enjoy ice cold.

You can easily make your white chocolate milk ahead of time!
The amount of caffeine in this Iced White Chocolate Mocha is equivalent to a grande at Starbucks.
I do not recommend substituting coffee for espresso in this recipe, as the coffee flavor will be completely overpowered by the white chocolate milk.
