This Gin and Cranberry Christmas Cocktail is festive in both appearance and flavor, making it the most refreshing way to cheers to the Holiday season.
Separate the egg yolk from the egg white (see blog post for tips on how to easily do this!)
Add gin, simple syrup, pure cranberry juice, and lemon juice to the shaker with the egg white. Shake for 30 seconds, add ice, then shake again for 30 seconds.

Prepare a glass with a sugar rim (optional) by wetting the rim of your glass with a lemon wedge and dipping it into granulated sugar.
Pour over ice through the strainer and top with club soda.

If you are making two cocktails, you will still be able to get enough foam out of one egg white. Simply double the rest of the ingredients.
