Peel your bananas and add them to your blender with all of the ingredients listed above. Blend on high until smooth.
3 whole bananas, 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour, 13.5 ounces coconut milk, ¾ cup coconut or brown sugar, ¼ cup coconut oil, 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Transfer batter to a lined or greased loaf pan. Slice an extra banana in half long ways, and place on top. Sprinkle a little bit of extra sugar on top of the raw banana (optional)

Bake for one hour until firm and fragrant.
Notes
Wait until your banana is super ripe and showing brown spots on the peel to get that best banana flavor in this bread.
If you do not have coconut sugar, it's best to substitute brown sugar.
If you are substituting all-purpose flour for whole wheat flour, use 1 & 1/4 cups.
