Greek Yogurt

Greek Yogurt is delicious and versatile with a creamy texture and subtle tang that makes it a great base for making homemade sauces.

As an environmental scientist, I believe it is very important to understand the impacts the food we eat has on our planet.

In order to get its iconic taste and texture, acid whey is strained out of yogurt during production, which is considered toxic waste, and is damaging to the environment.
