Pescatarian
I first started a pescatarian diet in 2010 when I was experiencing digestive issues and have never looked back!
For me, following a pescatarian diet is flexible, delicious, and I feel great! Because I only post recipes that I truly enjoy eating and thoroughly test and taste, everything on Marley’s Menu is pescatarian-friendly.
The rest of my family does eat meat, so I will often offer serving suggestions for meat-eaters that have been tasted and approved by my husband and business partner, Rob.
Here, in the pescatarian archives, you will find all of our recipes containing fish, safe for those who follow a pescatarian diet. Whether that be salmon, tuna, mahi-mahi, halibut, catfish, shrimp—the list goes on!
As with all of our recipes, I try to keep the three E’s front of mind—easy, efficient, and elevated.
Because as a busy mom who loves bold flavor, I am constantly chasing the best taste with the least effort.
